system is designed to maximise your peace of mind. You'll have the opportunity to
interview any caregiver that we refer to you. We let you choose the caregiver you trust to
provide the best in patient care.
We Recruit Experience!
You deserve to have a caregiver who is experienced in providing the services that are
needed in your home. We don't believe in "on the job training" many of our caregivers
have worked with us in patient care for years. Our carers have a strong employment
history in caring for seniors and have references from reliable sources. New carers require
multiple interviews with Home Care Options management before they are hired.
We are committed to the ongoing education and career development of all our staff. Staff has regular internal training
opportunities through our innovative training and education program.  We also support staff to develop their skills with
external training and education.
